This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and does not build a profile of you. We do not collect personal information through the site itself as you browse it. The game itself is the same: Trailmarks HQ does not collect, store or process any personal information from within the game. Any data used for features like leaderboards or achievements is collected and handled entirely by the platform you play on (see below), not by us.
When you contact support@trailmarkshq.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use that information only to respond to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell it, and we don't share it except where required by law.
Trailmarks is sold and delivered through third-party storefronts, including Steam (Valve Corporation), the Apple App Store (Apple Inc.) and the Microsoft Store (Microsoft Corporation). Your purchase, payment, account and gameplay data are handled by whichever storefront you use, under its own privacy policy: Steam, Apple, or Microsoft. We never see your payment details.
Trailmarks does not include any of its own account system, analytics SDK or telemetry. Where the game offers features like leaderboards, achievements or cloud saves, these are provided directly by the storefront platform you're playing on (e.g. Steamworks, Apple's Game Center, or Microsoft's Xbox/PlayFab services) using your existing platform account. That platform, not Trailmarks HQ, collects and stores whatever information the feature requires (such as your platform username and score). We do not receive, see or store this data ourselves. Refer to the relevant platform's own privacy policy above for how it's handled.
Our website is served by a third-party hosting provider that may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) for a short period for security and reliability. These logs are not used to identify or track individual visitors.
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email support@trailmarkshq.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
